We understand emergencies happen and life gets in the way. Please read through the following policies before booking, as they are strictly enforced to protect our time as well as yours. If you do not agree with any of the following policies, we ask that you please refrain from booking. 

We appreciate your understanding.

We ask that you cancel and/or reschedule your appointments no later than the day before your appointment, including moving your appointment to an earlier or later time the same day. Same day cancellations/rescheduling are subject to a 50% fee of the total of the services booked and must be paid before rebooking. Failure to pay any due balances will result in a restriction from booking future appointments.

The grace period is 7 minutes, meaning you must be in the waxing room ready to be waxed no later than 7 minutes after the start of your appointment time. At the 8 minute mark, if we have heard no correspondence from you, you will be responsible for paying a no-show fee of 90% of the total of the services booked. If you are running late we ask that you let us know as soon as possible before your appointment starts. We book enough time to include tweezing and a few extractions so if you are late, you are agreeing to forfeit these extras that will ensure the smoothest results. It is up to the waxers discretion whether they will take you late or provide tweezing or extractions in the event of a late start.

As stated above, at the 8 minute mark, if we have heard no correspondence from you, you will be responsible for 90% of the total services booked for that day. Your card is automatically charged for any fees incurred. If the card on file is declined, you will receive an invoice which must be paid before rebooking. If for any reason you do not pay the due balance, you will be restricted from booking future appointments until the balance is paid.

You can get a Brazilian wax while on your menstrual cycle, as long as you wear a tampon or cup. If you reschedule or cancel the same day due to the start of your cycle, you agree to incur any of the above fees stated.

We ask that you please do not bring any children to your appointment. Being that we are located in a salon suite, we do not offer a private waiting area. There is a lobby in the front of the building if you have children you feel comfortable waiting there, however we and MySalon Suites are not responsible for watching any children on site. Children are not permitted to wait in the hallway, as other clients and stylists are walking back and forth regularly.
